She deals with litigation in judicial and arbitration matters and out-of-court consultancy with particular regard to civil, bankruptcy and commercial matters as well as assistance in insolvency proceedings.
Graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, she got “Socrates Erasmus” scholarship at the University of Orebro in Sweden.
She attended a Master of Specialization “24Ore Business School” in International Contracts – International Disputes: Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolutions – Credit Recovery in International Trade.
She has served as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. It carries out consultancy activities for the purposes of international distribution contracts, real estate sales, contracts, mandates, leases, financing and related guarantees.
She also supports companies in the implementation of 231 law Organizational Models and Ethical Codes.
